Reigning American Idol champ Kris Allen dishes to OK! on his latest Hollywood crush as well as his fave Idol winner — other than himself, of course.

What’s your favorite TV show? My favorite show ever is Boy Meets World. It got so much better as the seasons went on!

Favorite meal out? Chick-fil-A! They don’t have it in L.A, though.

Favorite Album? Michael Jackson’s Off the Wall. I remember getting the Dangerous album and that one just became it. It has so many great songs on it. I just watched This is It last night and it was really really good. It’s kinda sad, but he still had it.

Favorite Hollywood crush? Probably Kate Beckinsale. I think it’s the accent.

Favorite getaway? [My wife] Katy and I went to Laguna Beach for our anniversary, but it was very short. I had a little bit of time off and I went to Capetown, South Africa, and that was incredible! The most beautiful place I’ve ever been.

Favorite concert? I am going to go off my first big experience. I haven’t been to many concerts. [Laughs] When I was 12 or 13, and I am going to feel bad for saying this, but everyone loved them back then. Creed came to town [laughs]. And it was a crazy show, they had fire.

Favorite American Idol winner, other than yourself? Oh yeah, I love myself [laughs]. It’s probably Kelly Clarkson. It’s tough though, Kelly or Carrie Underwood. They’re both incredible. With Kelly, there is just something to her voice that just punches you in the face when she starts singing. It hits you in the right way, especially when she is doing those pop/rock songs that are so good for her. Carrie has a perfect voice. I think she was singing on the show and she was singing “I Told You So” and I was sitting there the whole time with my mouth wide open, wow.
