1. You’re site must be in HQ and frequently updated. We will not accept sites on free severs like, AOL, Angelfire, Freewebs, MSN, Tripod, Yahoo groups etc.
2. Not hate or explicit sites. Those will be denied. We will only accept fan-sites on any celebrity, athletes, design sites etc. Forum only sites will be accepted based on the quality of your forum.
